Machining centre for structural components WV 8000
With its special design features, the WV 8000 offers significant advantages in industrial applications. A rigid, self-supporting and vibration-damping cube forms the base of the machine. This cube supports the 3-axis unit and provides access to the work area from two opposite sides. The rotary axis supports and the magazines are integrated into the remaining side openings. The WV 8000 is available in two versions: As a single-chamber machine WV 8000 S (Single) or as a double-chamber machine WV 8000 D (Double). For improved agility and cost effectiveness, the cube is designed as a steel shell construction and the shell cube is filled with a vibration-damping, self-hardening special filler (Hydropol®).
